"Life Without Gravity" taught us that even though microgravity might sound kind of neat, there are many things to think through before taking on that kind of experience! Here is your homework:
Periods 3/4 and 8/9: Write one sentence for each 11A vocabulary word--each sentence MUST be at least 10 words long! Reading logs are due tomorrow! Period 7: ALL "LWG" work will be checked and/or collected tomorrow! AIO pages 64, 65, and 67 and your work from the textbook (page 198 #1-5, page 199 #3 a&b, and page 199 #6 minimum of half a page of writing). Reading Logs are due tomorrow! Quiz on "LWG" tomorrow! Today we worked in rotations, doing activities for "Life Without Gravity." Here are the rotations:
Your homework is to finish any station that you did not finish in class. All work from the textbook should be completed on the same piece of paper and should also be clearly marked (page number and question numbers). Reminder: Reading Logs are due Friday! Today, we read the expository essay, "Life Without Gravity." It gave a number of pros and cons about the affect that microgravity has on our bodies. I would say that I have no desire to go to space after reading "Life Without Gravity!" Here is your homework:
Periods 3/4 and 8/9: Write one sentence for each vocabulary word from "Life Without Gravity"--be sure to use context clues. Complete page 65 in your AIO Workbook. Complete #'s 2, 5, 7, 10, 13, 16-20 on page 128 in your Vocabulary Workshop workbook. Most of you completed these assignments in class--holla! :-) Period 7: Write one sentence for each vocabulary word from "Life Without Gravity"--be sure to use context clues. Complete page 65 in your AIO Workbook. Reminders: Scholastic orders are due on Friday! Reading Logs are due on Friday! |
